Order Cancellation Policy

At Luxifur, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled.

Before Production or Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet entered production or been dispatched.

After Production Begins

Many of our products are made to order. Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If an eligible issue arises after delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The email address used to place the order

If your cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.
