At Luxifur, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or print-on-demand products unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Another suitable resolution

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once a product enters production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom print-on-demand items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
